There’s always been an indescribable magic and romance about the winter time. When those final warm rays of summer give way to an icy chill and rosy cheeks, it almost makes you want to drop everything in that instant to cozy up with warm layers, hot cocoa (with extra mini marshmallows, of course!) and your favorite person. ^_^
So in honor of the chilly weather outside, I’m excited to share this styled wedding collaboration I did with the fabulous event design and coordination team, Scheme Events, and a talented team of Las Vegas’ best! Together we put together a modern woodland wedding that showcased a different side of Las Vegas. Just an hour outside of the strip rests the Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort resort, set atop Mount Charleston. In the winter this lush forest is transformed into a dreamy snowy backdrop that’s the perfect setting for a winter wedding.
The Ski and Snowboard Resort has these lovely yellow ski lifts that Scheme Events used for seating in the reception area, draping them with flowers by Layers of Lovely. Some other unique design details were adorable moose place cards, flower-filled faceted terrariums, a rustic yarn diagram seating chart and a classic naked cake from Peridot Sweets.
Our bride, Destiny, wore one-of-a-kind lace and tulle wedding dress custom designed by Sophia Rose Bridal. Just love her romantic designs! <3 And her flawless makeup and relaxed flowy hair was done up by Makeup in the 702.

Two of my closest friends tied the knot in beautiful Utah! :-) I’m at a loss for words of how perfect this day was, and how much these two mean to me, so rather than type up a storm I’ll stick to what I know best and let the pictures do most of the talking.
Brittany and Patrick’s wedding took place at the gorgeous Waldorf Astoria in Park City, where they said their vows in a quiet, serene setting of green grass, mountains, and perfect blue skies. Seeing these two finally get hitched brought out the tears in all of us.
The new Mr. & Mrs. Luciano! <3
Brittany’s sisters Heidi and Jenny Lynn complemented her beautifully with their floor-length, soft pink bridesmaid dresses.
Brittany gave her bridal party matching Tiffany & Co. Infinity bracelets.Brittany & Patrick’s adorable bulldog, Daisy, was also a big part of their day and had the honor of being a flower girl & ring bearer. The whole crew all look especially well behaved. Don’t let the photo fool you!A ‘love birds’ theme was carried throughout the decor. I loved all the little details, including this seating chart and cake platform that Patrick custom-made. He usually only makes quad-copters and other boy-toys, but look at this thing! Now that’s love.Strings of bistro lights adorned the barn to set the perfect ambiance for dinner and dancing.
B+P: You’re MARRIED!! :-D Jayse and I love you guys and are so happy for you. Many congrats on the start of beautiful future together as husband & wife! May this day mark the beginning of a lifetime happiness and falling even deeper in love as the years go by. <3 Hope you two had an absolutely unforgettable honeymoon cruising the Mediterranean. I can’t wait to see you guys and hear all about it!

Brittany and Mark had a beautiful oceanside wedding at one of their favorite places, the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna Beach. The day was made perfect by their amazing family and friends and a dream-team of vendors, headed up by the talented Natalie Vishney of Swellegant Events!
Here’s a few images from their day, starting with Brittany getting all glammed up! I’ve known Brittany as a friend for a few years, and she’s always had the best style! I loved her dress and crystal-embellished Louboutin ballerina flats. Classic with just the right amount of glitz.
The ceremony took place a short drive away at Brittany’s family church, Our Lady Queen of Angels, in Newport Beach. Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Ambatali! <3While taking a few bridal party photos along the beach some surfers walked by and threw their boards in the air in congrats to our newlyweds.
Britt and her bridesmaids (Paula, Katie, Carissa, Natalie, Kellie, Maan and Mitzi) all looking fabulous! The gorgeous floral was by Bloom Box Designs. Some of my favorite pieces were this mirrored seating chart and the exquisite 2-tiered glass and floral centerpieces. Everything came together in the perfect blend of romantic meets modern.
B+M: Congrats!!!! You two are simply beautiful together!! Jayse and I are so happy we could be there to experience, celebrate, capture it all with you, our friends and your amazing families. You’re finally ‘official’! Now enough talking, get busy and make lots of gorgeous babies. ;-) Love ya! Xoxox!

Lara and Allan tied the knot with a beautiful wine country wedding in Sonoma, CA. Here are a few of my favorite moments from the day, starting with Lara and Allan being their typical playful selves for a first look:
To add some ‘sugar’ to the proverbial (wedding!) cake, Lara and Allan hired the talented Kristen Jensen & team of Sugar Rush Events to work their magic behind the scenes, ensuring the entire day went flawless.
Their ceremony and reception were held at Cornerstone Gardens and included one of the sweetest exchange of vows I have ever heard. (Seriously, Lara… I may need some pointers from you guys down the line!)
I love that Lara and Allan infused unique personal touches to their wedding day that also reflect their style. Pictured above are special pocket watches Allan hand-picked for each of his groomsmen. And as for Lara’s bridesmaids, she opted to have them carry super cute parasols in lieu of bouquets.Their venue, Cornerstone Gardens, also matched perfectly with their fun, off-beat style and personalities. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but they’re filled with unique gardens and art installations, such as this asian-inspired piece titled ‘Red Lantern‘ that rests over a tranquil lotus pond. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delicious tented al fresco dinner before dancing the night away in celebration of the new Mr. & Mrs!
Loved the cute Star Wars reference on the sweetheart table chairs! Geeks after my own heart. :-)The following afternoon we went out exploring for a few more ‘day after’ photos of the newlyweds:

I couldn’t wait to share Udyogi & Nimish’s joyful, vibrant, multi-cultural wedding day. :-) It was filled with laughter and rich traditions. To represent the joining of their two cultures and families, they celebrated with two ceremonies – Hindu and Sri Lankan – set against a lush garden backdrop at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas.
The afternoon started with the gathering of close family and friends who travelled from afar to witness and join in the festivities.
Traditional Kandyan dancers and drummers led Udyogi’s festive entrance as her dad walked her down the aisle. Each ceremonial tradition held a special meaning or blessing. Here, Nimish is placing a gold necklace around Udyogi as a symbol of his promise to always support her.Garlands are exchanged to symbolize the unification of two hearts, minds and souls as one. <3
Udyogi and Nimish – you two are amazing and it was so fun capturing your love and energy together. When I first heard you describe your day, I couldn’t wait to be a part of it, and I’m so glad I was! It definitely was a fun, vibrant, stunning day and I’m so happy for you both!
