I’m excited to share some photos from Elyse & Carl’s engagement session in San Francisco! When trying to decide where to have their engagement session it was a toss up between here in Vegas or a destination shoot in either L.A. or San Fran. Vegas and L.A. both hold special meaning to them and are a part of there past, but they decided that exploring San Francisco together (where Carl recently moved for work) would be a fun way of celebrating their future and this new chapter of their lives. I thought it was such a sweet idea and couldn’t agree more!
To start things off, we went out for a spin with some beach cruiser bikes (one of their favorite things to do together)!

Then we headed to Baker for some fun at the beach!

I had such an incredible day and I absolutely can’t wait for Elyse & Carl’s wedding this October at Green Valley Lutheran and the beautiful Springs Preserve here in Las Vegas! Be sure to check back in the fall for lots more from these two lovebirds!
Jayse and I head out to L.A. a few times a year. Since we both work non-stop on our separate businesses, we cherish our mini road trips and get-aways together. We recently went out on my birthday weekend. It was a blast! We stayed at this adorable hotel just walking distance from Hermosa Beach (definitely a new favorite) and also spent a day hitting up all the killer rides at Six Flags Magic Mountain!
During our time out we also planned in an extra day to meet up with one of my awesome couples, Mindy and Neil, for their engagement session! It was so much fun hanging out and catching up on things while exploring the beaches and surrounding areas of Santa Monica & Venice Beach.

Mindy and Neil were total troopers when I asked if they were “Ready to get a little wet (and sandy)?!” I’m happy they were since it made for some steamy images of them together.

Mad props to my Jayse for lighting that last one for me (and even getting your only shoes all wet and squishy in the process). Love you! xox
After switching out of the soggy clothes into some fresh ones, we went to Santa Monica’s neighbor beach - Venice to go exploring! Mindy and Neil love to shop together so our first stop was Venice’s waterfront boardwalk with lots of little outdoor shops and cool art-scene.

Keep an eye out for Mindy and Neil’s wedding happening next month at the beautiful Silverstone Golf Club here in Las Vegas!
